乳腺癌生存者生活质量及相关因素的研究

目的探讨乳腺癌生存者的生活质量及相关因素。方法对80例乳腺癌患者进行一般情况、生活质量及影响因素进行调查,用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和健康情况调查问卷(SF-36)评定。结果乳腺癌患者SF-36各项评分除生理功能外均显著低于对照组。病程影响患者的生活质量,病程大于4年患者的生活质量均低于病程小于4年的患者。结论乳腺癌患者的生活质量低于一般正常人群,病程长的患者生活质量严重降低。

Analysis of Life Quality of the Patients with Breast Cancer and the Related Factors

Objective To analyze the life quality of the patients with breast cancer and the related factors.Methods Questionnaire with Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD） and Shoet-Form-36 Health Survey（SF-36） was made to 60 cases with breast cancer.Results The scores in SF-36 of the patients with breast cancer were obviously lower than those of the normal;the length of the duration had certain affection on life quality of the patients,the life quality of the patients with the duration over 4 years was poorer than that of the patients with the duration under 4 years.Conclusion The life quality of the patients with breast cancer is poorer than that of the normal.
