基底动脉尖综合征22例临床特征与影像学改变分析

目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征(TOBS)临床与影像学特征。方法对22例患者的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者眩晕、视物模糊、意识障碍、眼球运动异常、瞳孔异常、运动及感觉异常是最常见的症状及体征;头颅MRI表现位于基底动脉供血区的多发性梗死,双侧丘脑特征性蝶型梗死灶;临床治疗效果差。结论基底动脉尖综合征临床表现复杂多样,有特征性影像学改变,预后不佳。

The Analysis of Clinical Features and MRI for 22 Patients with Top of the Basilar Syndrome.

Objective To study the clinical feathers and head MRI characteristics.Methods wei studied 22 patients with TOBS retrospectively.Results vertigo,disblurred vision,disturbance of consciousness and movement of eyeball,abnormality of the pupil,motor and sensory abnormalities are the most common symptoms and signs;head MRI examination showed capsular structure of the brain infarction,involving the Ministry of the basilar artery blood supply to areas of vascular,bilateral thalamus characterized Butterfly infarction;poor clinical outcomes.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of TOBS are complex and diversity,with characteristic imaging changes,the prognosis is bad.
