孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗慢性持续期哮喘疗效分析

目的研究孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗慢性持续期哮喘的临床疗效。方法对80例慢性持续期哮喘门诊患者进行随机分组对照研究。治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组予孟鲁司特钠(10mg每晚口服1次)联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松(舒利迭粉吸入剂50μg/250μg)早晚各一吸。对照组仅予沙美特罗/氟替卡松。治疗6个月,观察两组治疗前后临床症状及肺功能(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%、PEF%)情况,观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较,临床症状完全控制率及肺功能有明显改善,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松,治疗支气管哮喘疗效明显,值得推广。

Efficacy Observation of Montelukasta combination Salmeteral/Fluticasone Propionste in the Treatment of Chronic Persistent Asthma

Objective To observe the efficacy of Montelukasta combination Salmeteral/Fluticasone propionste in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma.Method 80patients with chronic persistent asthma were divided into two groups.The treatment group has 40cases,the control group has 40cases.The treatment group was treated with Montelukasta combination Salmeteral/Fluticasone propionste and the control group was treated with Salmeteral/Fluticasone propionste.The experiment last 6 monthes.Clinical symptom、lung function（FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%、PEF） and untoward effect were observed before and after the experiment.Result In the treatment group clinical symptom and flung function have improved.The differences was statically significant between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combination of Montelukasta and Salmeteral/Fluticasone propionste is effective in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma,worthy of promotion.
