宣肺固本平喘膏联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘的效应评价

目的宣肺固本平喘膏联合糖皮质激素,通过合用来观察对小儿哮喘的疗效。方法门诊及急诊诊断为哮喘的患儿,按单、双日进行随机分组分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以糖皮质激素(普米克气雾剂)吸入联合宣肺固本平喘膏,对照组予以单纯普米克(布地奈德)气雾剂吸入,观察两组效应。结果糖皮质激素(普米克气雾剂)吸入联合宣肺固本平喘膏(治疗组)临床控制有效率达85%,单纯普米克气雾剂吸入(对照组)临床控制有效率为45%。结论选择宣肺固本平喘膏联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘的疗效远高于单用糖皮质激素控制小儿哮喘的发作,应用安全,临床有效,易于操作,方便患者。

The Effect Evaluate of Xuanfei Guben Pingchuan Cream combined with Glucocorticoids to Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

Objective Xuanfei Guben Pingchuan ointment which is made by Chinese traditional medicine join corticosteroids to observe the curative effect of the children asthma.Methods Children who are diagnosed with asthma,according to the list,will be randomly divided as the treatment group and the control group on odd and even days.Children from the treatment group will take corticosteroids（Pulmicort inhalation） and Xuanfei Guben Pingchuan ointment.Children from the control group will take Pulmicort inhalation,and then doctors will observe children of the two groups.Result The treatment group has 85% effect.The control group has 45% effect.Conclusion Xuanfei Guben Pinchuan ointment and corticosteroids are better than corticosteroids to treat children asthma.They are safe and easy to take,which are very convenient to patients too.
