“关爱乳房”联谊会对康复期乳腺癌患者健康教育效果评价

目的实施"关爱乳房"联谊会健康教育模式并对其效果进行综合评价。方法选择参加联谊会活动的乳腺癌患者87例,通过大型的授课前后,运用乳腺癌康复期相关知识问卷进行评价。结果教育前患者对乳腺癌康复期相关知识问卷及格率为35.6%。教育后及格率为94.2%。两次测试成绩相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "关爱乳房"联谊会的健康教育模式有利于帮助患者获得解决疾病相关知识及应对技能,建立健康行为,达到提高生活质量和生存率的目的 。

To Evaluate the Efficacy of Health Education on "Care Your Breast" Meeting to Patients with Breast Cancer in Convalescence Stage

Objective To take intervention measures by ＂Care Your Breast＂meeting health education model and evaluate the efficacy. Methods Eightyseven patients with breast cancer were selected, Before the meeting patients first filled out test papers on relevant knowledge of breast cancer in convalescence stage, and after the meeting they filled out the same test papers. Results Before education, the rate of correct answers to the relevant knowledge was 35.6%. After education the rate of correct answers was 94.2%. There was significant difference between the two tests（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health education model of ＂Care Your Breast＂ meeting can help patients acquire the knowledge on breast diseases and the skill, build healthy behaviors, achieve the goal that raises patient life quality and survival rate.
