| 摘 要： | 为了探讨肠癌患者手术治疗前后血清VEGF、SE-CAD水平的变化及意义,本文应用ELISA法对41例肠癌患者手术治疗前后血清VEGF和SE-CAD水平进行测定,并与35名健康人(对照组)作比较。结果表明肠癌患者手术治疗前血清VEGF、SE-CAD水平均非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),手术治疗后半年,复发组血清VEGF、SE-CAD水平又明显高于未复发组(P<0.01)。肠癌患者手术治疗前后血清VEGF、SE-CAD水平变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels after operation in patients with colorectal cancer,the serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels were determined by ELISA in 41 patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation and in 35 healthy controls.The results showed that the serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels in patients before operation were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).36 of the 40 patients underwent operation showed no sign of recurrence after 6 months and their serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels dropped to normal range.Other 4 patients recurred with higher serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels compared with those without recurrence(P<0.01).The serum VEGF and SE-CAD levels of patients with colorectal cancer are closely related to the process and prognosis of diseases. |
