| 摘 要： | 目的：寻求一种能早期诊断恶性葡萄的新方法，方法：采用免疫组化法观察良恶性葡萄胎组织中MMP－2及TIMP－2的表达情况。结果：MMP－2在恶性葡萄胎和良性葡萄胎的阳性率分别为73．3％和20．05（P＜0．01）；TIMP－2为33．3％和26．7％（P＞0．05）。结论：MMP－2检测可作为鉴别良恶性葡萄胎的重要参考指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore a new method in early diagnosis of malignant mole. Methods: The changes of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were deterted in hydatidiform and malignant mole by immunohistochemistry. Results: The results revealed that the positive rate of MMP-2 in hydatidiform mole was significantly higher than that in malignant mole (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in positive rate of TIMP-2 between hydatidiform moles and malignant moles (P>0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2 can be regarded as the important signal to discriminate the hydatidiform mole and malignant mole. |
