| 摘 要： | 目的:提高合理用药咨询的服务质量。方法:收集、整理我院2005~2006年600例门诊药物咨询资料,对咨询类型与咨询内容进行分析。结果:咨询内容以药物的用法用量居多(28.2%),其次是药品不良反应(20.8%),所咨询药物中抗生素占主要位置(27.3%)。结论:开展专业化的门诊药物咨询是临床药学工作的重要内容,有助于加强医师、患者和临床药师之间的沟通,提高患者用药依从性,促进合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To improve service quality of consultation on rational use of drugs. METHODS:The counseling information of clinical pharmacy services for 600 outpatients from 2005 to 2006 was collected and analyzed regarding the types and contents of consultation. RESULTS:It’s found that most attention has been given to usage and dosage of drugs(28.2%),followed by adverse drug reactions(20.8%);antibiotic drugs were consulted about most often(27.3%).CONCLUSION:It is important to promote drug consultation service in clinical pharmacy services,which is conducive to the communication among doctors,clinical pharmacists and patients,enhancement of patients’ medication compliances and rational use of drugs. |
