摘    要:目的:了解江门地区生殖器假丝酵母菌病病原菌分布及药敏情况。方法:采用科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基和YBC(酵母菌)鉴定卡对3 492例生殖器炎症患者标本的致病真菌进行分离和鉴定,用ROSCO纸片扩散法检测分离菌株对制霉菌素、酮康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、咪康唑和特比奈芬的药敏情况。结果:共分离出11种891株致病假丝酵母菌,其中白色假丝酵母菌占85.19%,热带假丝酵母菌占7.41%,近光滑假丝酵母菌占3.37%,其他假丝酵母菌占4.03%。891株假丝酵母菌对制霉菌素、酮康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、咪康唑和特比奈芬的敏感性分别为98.09%、95.96%、88.33%、71.42%、45.68%和35.81%。结论:江门地区生殖器假丝酵母菌病致病菌种类较多,对药物的敏感性有降低趋势,耐药菌株在假丝酵母菌的构成比中有增高趋势,应加强假丝酵母菌的检测和药敏分析。

Analysis of Etiological and Drug Sensitiveness of Candida albican of 3 492 Patients with Genital Inflammation

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with genital candidiasis and drug resistance in Jiangmen area. Methods:The pathogenic fungi in 3492 cases of genital specimens were separated and identified by using CHROMagar Candida color cul- ture medium and YBC (yeast) identification card. ROSCO disk diffusion method was used to e- valuate the susceptibilities of the pathogenic fungi to nystatin, ketoconazole, fluconazole, micon- azole, Ima Yasu and Binet finn separately. Results:A total of 11 species and 891 strains of isola- ted Candida were separated, the Candida albicans accounted for 85.19%, Candida tropicalis ac- counted for 7.41%, nearly smooth Candida accounted for 3.37%, other Candida accounted for 4. 03%. The sensitivity of 891 strains of Candida to nystatin, ketoconazole, fluconazole, micon- azole, Ima Yasu and Binet Finn were 98.09%, 95.96%, 88.33%, 71.42%, 45.68% and 35.81% respectively. Conclusion:The pathogenic species of genital candidiasis in Jiangmen area increased, and the sensitivity to the drug decreased. There was a trend of higher ration of resistant strains in Candida albicans. We should strengthen the detection and analysis of drug sensitivity of Candida albicans.
