人工皮肤及负压吸引系统治疗骨筋膜室综合征

目的：探讨人工皮肤及负压吸引系统在骨筋膜室综合征治疗中的应用。方法：回顾分析我院应用人工皮肤及负压吸引系统治疗骨筋膜室综合征患者34例。结果：34例患者病情全部得到迅速控制，股体肿胀消退。切开减压创面肉芽组织生长新鲜。无1例发生创面感染。术后随访患者全部获得优良效果，无后遗症。结论：用人工皮肤及负压吸引系统治疗骨筋膜室综合征疗效满意，能够迅速降低组织压，防止感染，并减轻患者的痛苦。

Artificial skin and sucking system for the treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of artificial skin and sucking system for the treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome.Methods:From June 2000 to May 2005,34 patients with osteofascial compartment syndromes were treated with artificial skin and sucking system in our institution,male was 21 cases,female was 13 cases,the average age was 31.7 years(from 16 years to 53 years).Results:All the 34 cases of osteofascial compartment syndromes were controlled rapidly,swelling of teh extremities subsided.Fresh granulation tissue grew well,and no wound was infected.All patients were followed up,excellent results were achieved in 34 cases without sequela.Conclusion:Using artificial skin and sucking system to cover temporarily the wounds of decompressive fasciotomy is a very good method,which can rapidly lower the tissue pressure and prevent infection,with less suffering for patients.
