尿路感染病原菌的耐药性调查分析

摘    要:目的探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布特点及耐药性,为临床医师合理用药提供试验依据。方法218株尿路感染病原菌的分离鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》,采用常规方法进行;采用CLSI推荐的K-B法进行药物敏感试验和评价结果。结果医院218株尿路感染病原菌中大肠埃希菌占第1位,为61.0%;肠球菌属第2位,占11.5%;尿路感染病原菌对常用抗菌药物均产生了一定的耐药性,但万古霉素、替考拉宁和亚胺培南、美罗培南分别对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌100.0%敏感;产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)细菌检出率为32.9%。结论尿路感染病原菌耐药性不断增强,应加强监测与控制。
