平阳霉素治疗颌面部等血管瘤520例临床分析

目的：总结平阳霉素（PYM）内注射颌面部各种血管瘤的疗效。方法：收集1994－01－2000－01，用PYM注射治疗治疗颌面部海绵状、草莓状和混合性等血管瘤、520例。7－10d注射1次，3－5次为一疗程。结果：6个月－6年随访，治愈和基本治愈和基本治全貌为86．54％，好转11．735，3种血管瘤治愈和基本治愈率分别为98．185、86．275、77．85％。葡萄酒色斑的基本治愈率只有11．765，结论：PYM治疗海绵状、草莓状和混合性血管瘤疗效高，疗程短，是一种简便，安全的有效方法。等血管瘤

The effect of pingyangmycin in the treatment of hemangioma in maxillofacial region: A report of 520 cases

Objective: To evaluaate the effect of pingyangmycin(PYM ) in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial region. Methods:The medical records of 520 patients with hemangioma in oro-maxillo-facial region between January 1994 and January 2000 were reviewed. Pingyangmycin(<4mg) was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the hemangiomas every 7 - 10 d for 3 - 5 times. The patients were followed up for 6 months -6 years. Results:In the 520 cases the cure and elementary cury rates of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma were 91. 18%, 86.27% and 77.85 % respectively, and the elementary cure rate of the grape wine colour stains capillary hemangioma was 11.76%. No serious complication was observed. Conclusion: Pingyangmycin inecteion is safe, simple and effective in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial region.
