橄榄星小单孢菌发酵培养基及发酵条件的优化

摘    要:本文对产福提霉素的橄揽星小单抱菌H3—25进行发酵培养基和发酵条件的优化,确定了发酵培养基的适宜配比为:可溶性淀粉4%。葡萄糖1%,酵母粉4%,硫酸镁0.1%.碳酸钙0.1%,氯化钴2μg·L^-1,甘氨酸0.1%;最佳发酵条件为:初始pH7.0,培养温度32℃,移种时间36h,移种量10%,摇瓶装量50mL/250mL,发酵周期8乩

Abstract:The fermentation process for fortimicin was optimized by single factor tests and orthogonal tests. Finally, the medium composition and fermentation conditions were optimized as followssoluble starch 4 %, glucose 1%, yeast powder 4 %, MgSO4 0.1%, CaCO3 0.1%, CoCl2μg·L^-1, glycine 0.1%, pH 7.0, temperature 32℃, inoculum time 36 hours, inoculum volume 10 %, the optimum amount in flask 50/250(mL) and fermentation period 8 days.
