扩张型心肌病患儿血清抗柯萨奇病毒抗体和抗心肌线粒体抗体测定

目的探讨柯萨奇B组病毒（CoXB）感染和抗心肌线粒体抗体在扩张型心肌病发病中的作用。方法扩张型心肌病患儿30例，男19例，女11例，健康对照组40例，男女各20例。抗CoxBIgM抗体及抗心肌线粒体抗体测定采用酶联免疫法。结果扩张型心肌病患儿血清抗CoxBIgM抗体和抗心肌线粒体抗体阳性率分别为36．7％和40％，均显著高于对照组（阳性率分别为7．5％和0）。结论柯萨奇病毒感染及抗心肌线粒体抗体在部分扩张型心肌病的发病中起一定作用。

Determination of serum Coxsackievirus B specific antibody and anti myocardium antibody in child patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

To investigate the pathogenic roles of Coxsackievirus B(CoxB)infection and anti-myocardium antibody in child patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods There were 30 cases of DCM(19 males and 11 females)and 40 normal children (20 males and 20 females) in the control group. The CoxB specific IgM antibody and anti-myocadium antibody were detected by enzymelinked immunoassay.Results The possitive rate of CoxB specific IgM anti-they and anti-myocardium antibody in DCM patients were 36. 7% and 40% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of normal controls (possitive rate were 7. 5 % and 0 respectively).Conclusions CoxB infection and anti-myocardium antibody may play some roles in the pathogenesis of DCM.
