| Abstract: | We report a case of subchondral osteoid osteoma of the tarsal navicular bone. Osteoid osteomas are often located in the foot, mainly in the talus. This is the first report in the literature of a tarsal navicular bone localization. Diagnosis was difficult and established late due to misleading clinical presentation simulating mediotarsal arthritis. |
