| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆市农民工人群艾滋病/性病知识、态度和性行为现状,为农民工艾滋病/性病健康教育及行为干预提供依据.方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样,对重庆市主城区的农民工进行艾滋病/性病相关知识、态度和行为的现况调查.结果调查对象对艾滋病相关知识知晓率为39.55%,对常见的7种性病知晓率为31.97%.47.09%的农民工认为蚊虫叮咬可以传播艾滋病;只有49.72%的农民工知道哺乳可以传播艾滋病.57.66%的未婚农民工有性伙伴,发生性行为时有31.25%的人从未使用安全套;19.63%的已婚农民工有婚外性伙伴,其中有55.41%属于商业性行为人员,发生性行为时有30.51%的农民工从未使用安全套.结论 农民工对艾滋病/性病有一定的认识,但存在一些误区,高危性行为问题依然很严峻.应该加强对艾滋病/性病传播途径和预防知识的宣传教育,并促使他们在行为上发生改变.
