主成分分析用于中成药中微量元素含量分析

摘    要:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定6种抗缺氧类中成药中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn的含量,运用主成分分析法分析了抗缺氧中成药微量元素的含量及其相互关系。分析结果表明,Fe、Zn是6种中成药中的主要因子,Fe、Zn具有相互促进作用。结果表明,服用这几种中成药对缺氧病具一定的预防与治疗作用。

Abstract:The content of 4 elements(Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn) in 6 samples of anti - oxygen deficits Chinese traditional medicines was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, using principal component analysis analyzed the element content and correlation of the anti-oxygen deficit. The principal components analysis indicated that Fe, Zn are main factors, Fe, Zn has the mutual promoter action. The results indicated that takes these kind of center prepared medicine to have the certain prevention and the treatment function to the oxygen deficit sickness.
