沙棘籽油和硒强化沙棘籽油对大鼠机体抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:本文通过测定大鼠红细胞膜和肝脏的 MDA 量与 Se-GSH-Px 活性来观察沙棘籽油和硒强化沙棘籽油对动物机体抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明;经过喂养沙棘籽油或硒强化沙棘籽油2个月后的大鼠,其红细胞膜与肝脏脂质过氧化作用明显降低,抗氧化能力显著增强;且硒强化沙棘籽油的作用优于单纯的沙棘籽油。

Abstract:Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) is a kind of wild fruit.Its seed oil is rich in vitamin E and carotene.In the present work,lipid pero- xidation and antioxidation ability was studied in normal rats fed with normal,Sea buekthorn seed oil and Sea buckthorn seed oil supplemented with sodium selenite semi-purified diets respectively for 8 weeks.The results showed that in the animals fed with Sea buckthorn seed oil and Sea buekthorn seed oil suplelemented with Se,TBA value in erythrocyte ghosts and liver homogenates was markedly decreased (P=0.05).And in the rats of the latter group Se-GSH-Px activities in RBC (P=0.01) as well as livers (P=0.05) were significantly enhanced.It is suggested that Sea buckthorn seed oil and Sea buckthorn seed oil supplemented with Se can decrease lipid peroxidation,increase antioxidationability.And Sea buckthorn seed oilsupplemented with Se was more effective than single Sea buekthorn seed oil,especially in Se-GSH-Px activities.
