| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨规范化健康教育对社区糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响，改善患者生活质量。方法将102例糖尿病患者随机分为两组，A组50例实施常规健康教育，B组52例实施规范化健康教育，护理4个月后观察患者血糖变化，并对患者治疗依从性进行调查。结果健康教育后B组糖尿病知识知晓率高于A组（P＜0．05）；B组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于A组（P＜0．05）；B组完全从医率高于A组（P＜0．05）。结论规范化健康教育有利于提高社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的掌握，提高治疗依从性，改善血糖水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of standardized health education on the compliance of community patients with diabetes, so as to improve patients＇ quality of life. Methods 102 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in group A provided with conventional health education, while 52 cases in group B provided with standardized health education. Observation was conducted for changes in glucose and the compliance of treatment after nursing for 4 months. Findings Diabetes knowledge awareness rate of group B was higher than that of group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; 2hPG,FPG, HbAlc levels of group B were lower than those of group A（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; completely compliance rate of group B was higher than that of group A（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Standardized health educations can improve community patients with diabetes of knowledge, provide treatment compliance, and enhance glucose levels. |
