精神分裂症患者病耻感与人格特征的相关性

目的了解康复期精神分裂症患者病耻感体验水平,考察人格特征与病耻感的关系。方法采用自编一般情况调查表、Link病耻感量表和艾森克成人人格问卷对175名具有自知力的精神分裂症患者进行问卷测试。结果 1患者"贬低-歧视感知"维度的平均得分为(2.5794±0.5511);应对方式中"保密"、"退缩"维度的平均得分为(2.5804±0.4363)和(2.5103±0.3979),但"教育"、"挑战"、"分离"3个维度平均得分都低于量表中点2.5分;在情感体验方面,"误解"和"不同/羞耻"两个维度平均得分都高于量表中点2.5分;2EPQ-E分与退缩、教育、挑战、误解分别呈显著负相关(r=-0.274,-0.374,-0.354,-0.209;P0.01),EPQ-N分与病耻感的3个维度贬低-歧视感知、病耻感应对、病耻感情感体验都呈现显著正相关(r=0.517,0.415,0.294;P0.01),而EPQ-P分与病耻感的3个维度也呈现显著正相关(P0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者普遍感知到较高水平的病耻感,认为自己不能被理解,感到与他人不同,通常采取保密、退缩的应对方式,且人格特征是影响精神分裂症患者病耻感的重要因素。

The Correlation between Stigma and Personality Pathology in Schizophrenic Patients

Objective To explore the perceived stigma and the relationship between the perceived stigma and personality .Methods Total 175 patients with rehabilitation schizophrenia were involved in the survey using the Stigma Scale for Mental Illness ,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and the Self -designed General Condition Questionnaire .Results ①The means of education , challenging and separating were significant lower than the 2.50 midpoint;The means score of stigma -related feelings were significant higher than the 2.50 midpoint.（2） EPQ-E was negatively correlated to the use of flinching ,education,challenging and misunderstand （ r=-0.274,-0.374,-0.354,-0.209;P〈0.01）.The perceived stigma was positive correlated to EPQ -N（P〈0.05）and EPQ-P（P〈0.01）.Conclusion People with schizophrenia frequently suffer from stigma ,and feel that people are unable to understand their situation .The use of secrecy and flinching are the most frequently endorsed way of coping with stigma .And the stigma is substantially affected by personality .
