摘    要:目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后内皮素-1(ET-1)变化和银杏叶制剂(GBE)对其影响。方法对单纯SAH组和GBE处理组大鼠检测SAH后24h内颅内血浆及脑组织ET-1含量的动态改变。结果 SAH组血浆及脑组织 ET-1含量分别于 SAH后即刻和 1h明显增加,并维持 24h(P<0.05,0.01)。GBE组SAH后ET-1增加的程度显著小于SAH组(P<0.05,0.01)。结论血浆及脑组织ET-1增多可能是造成脑部大血管和微血管痉挛及其缺血性脑损伤的原因之一,GBE则可逆转ET-1的上述病理性改变。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of endothelin-1 (ET-1) after subaracbnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract. Methods SAH models were made using Wistar rats and were divided into pure SAH group and GBE treated group. Dynamic changes of ET-1 levels in both intracranial plasma and brain tissue in all rats were detected within 24h after SAH. Results ET-1 lelvels in plasma and brain tissue in SAH group increased immediately and from 1h after SAH respectively,maintaining 24h (P<0.05. 0. 01). ET-1 levels in both plasma and brain tissue in GBE treated group were lower than those in SAH group (P<0.05, 0.01). Conclusions increase of ET-1 concentrations in plasma and brain tissue is involved in the development of cerebral vasospasm and relat ed brain ischemic damage after SAH. GBE may reverse the pathological changes of ET-1.
