| 摘 要： | 目的建立壮元益生丸中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以YMC—PackODS—A（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱为固定相，乙腈-甲醇-1％乙酸水溶液（10：13：77）为流动相，柱温为30℃，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为334nm。结果松果菊苷的测定在0．168-1．008μg内、毛蕊花糖苷在0．072—0．432μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数均分别为0．9997和0．9996；平均回收率分别为100．25％和100．70％；RSD为1．22％（n=6）和1．41％（n=6）。结论方法简便、准确，重复性好，可用于壮元益生丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination echinacoside and acteoside in Zhuangyuan Yisheug Pills by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on YMC-PackODS-A column. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-MeOH-1%HAc （10：13：77）and the detection wavelength was 334 Bin with a PDA detector,The flow rate Was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The lin- ear ranges of echinacoside and acteoside were 0.168-1.008μg（r=0.999 7） and 0.072-0.432μg（r=0.999 6）,respectively.the average recoveries （n =6） of echinacoside and acteoside were 100.25% （RSD =1.22% ） and 100.70%（RSD=1.41%）,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Zhuangyuan Yisheng Pills. |
