| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的疗效。方法 :1 1 6例HIE患儿 ,分为治疗组 (65例 ) ,对照组(51例 ) ,二组均采用纠正酸中毒、控制脑水肿及惊厥 ,静脉滴注脑活素等综合治疗 ,治疗组则加用HBO治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 98.46 % ,74.51 %。经统计学处理P <0 .0 1 ,有显著性差异。结论 :HBO治疗HIE能缩短病程 ,提高治愈率 ,降低死亡率 ,减少后遗症的发生 ,HIE患儿应尽早行HBO治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) treated with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO).Methods: 116 HIE newborns were divided into HBO group and control group. The two groups were given with same comprehensive therapy:redressed acids intoxication,encephaledema and convulsion, veno-injected cerebrolysin and so on, but HBO was applied to therapeutic group. Results: The total effective rate of HBO group and control group were 98.46% and 74.51% respectively.The difference was significant( P <0.01). Conclusion: HBO may enhance the cure rate of HIE, shorten course and decrease death-rate and sequela. HIE should be treated with HBO as early as possible . |
