CT定位颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析

目的：观察CT定位颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2008年1月～2009年12月收治的高血压脑出血患者86例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,其中治疗组采用CT定位颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,对照组采用内科药物治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组中基本治愈21例,显著进步7例,进步6例,总有效34例,总有效率为79.0%;对照组中基本治愈7例,显著进步6例,进步9例,总有效22例,总有效率为51.1%。两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：CT定位颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效理想,值得临床推广使用。

CT localization of intracranial hypertension in minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective： To observe the localization of intracranial hematoma CT minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical efficacy. Methods： From January 2008 to December 2009 admitted 86 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 patients were treated by using CT localization minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma, the control group received medical therapy, treatment groups were compared. Results： The treatment group were cured in 21 cases, significant improvement in 7 cases, progress in 6 cases, the total effective 34 cases, total effective rate was 79.0%; in the control group were cured, 7 cases marked improvement in 6 cases, progress in 9 cases, the total effective 22 cases, total effective rate was 51.1%. The difference was statistically significant （P0.01）. Conclusion： CT localization of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ideal, worthy of clinical use.
