椎管内肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗

作者对41例椎管内肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗进行了综合分析，以加深对该病的进一步认识、认为该病临床表现不典型，呈多变性和多样性，易于误诊和误治。MRI是其最佳影像学诊断手段，椎管造形术亦应给予重视．强调早期诊断与及早手治疗的重要性．手术包括椎管减压和肿瘤切除，强调肿瘤切除而又不勉强肿瘤除，以免扰乱、损伤脊髓和马尾神经而影响其功能恢复．防治术后并发症及康复治疗对促进病人康复极为重要．

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Tumor iu Spinal Canal

Forty-one cases of the tumor in spinal canal were reported. The problems in reation to clinical features, diagnosis and oprative treatment of the disorder wee analysed. The manifestations are variable and not typical. It is difficult for the disease to be diagnosed or to be distinguished with other spinal disorders. The diagnosis of the disorder mainly depends on the manifestations, myelography, MRIand surgical exploration. Operation includes spinal cord dicompression and tumor excision. All patients were undergone surgery, complete excision in 28 patients, partial excision in 8 and no excision in 5patients. Thirty-six patients were followed up for 0.5~5.5 years (average of 2 years)postoperatively, The excellent and good rates were as high as 83.3%.
