经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术并发症分析

目的探讨经会阴前列腺穿刺活检并发症的发生,及其相关因素和处理方法。方法回顾性分析2005～2009年经会阴穿刺活检患者103例,并对并发症的构成和相关处置方法进行分析。结果在103例中,有21例患者出现肉眼血尿（20.39%）,6例出现直肠出血（0.06%）,尿路刺激症状25例（24.27%）,发热8例（0.08%）,术后尿潴留17例（16.50%）,会阴部肿胀2例（0.02%）。结论经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术是诊断前列腺癌的一种安全、有效的方法,使用细针经会阴穿刺、术前灌肠和使用抗生素,都是降低并发症发生率的有效手段,穿刺操作技术熟练也是降低并发症的有效手段。

An analysis on the complications with transperineal prostate biopsy

Objective To investigate and govern the complications of transperineal prostate biopsy.MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed of the complication in 103 patients who underwent transperineal prostate biopsy between 2005 and 2009.ResultsA total of 21 patients suffered gross hematuria,6 patients suffered rectal bleeding,25 patients suffered lower urinary tract symptoms（LUTS）,fever in 8 patients,urinary retention in 17 patients,2 patients suffered severe complications.Conclusion Transperineal prostate biopsy is simple and safety by using 18 gague biopsy needles.The administration of thin puncture needle,the use of antibiotics and intestine irrigation before biopsy are regarded to decrease the incidence of these complications.An experienced operator may decrease the incidence of complications.
