急性脑梗死患者CRP水平检测及临床意义

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及其意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定45例ACI患者血清CRP的含量及28名健康体检者(正常对照组)CRP的含量,并与之进行对照,分析其与病情预后的关系。结果ACI患者血清CRP水平与正常组比较显著升高(P<0.01),依病情轻、重度不等,CRP的异常率及含量依次增高(P<0.05)。结论CRP与ACI明显相关,血清CRP水平对判断患者病情及预后是一个有效的指标。

Change of Serum C-reactive Protein Levels in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the change of serum Creactive protein(CRP)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its significance.Methods The serum CRP levels of 28 cases normal healthy people and 45 patients with ACI were detected by immune transmission turbidity method.The control group included 28 healthy people who received medical examinations.We analyzed the relationship between CRP levels and the severity of disease as well as outcome.Results The levels of serum CRP in patients with ACI significantly increased compared with the controls(P<0.01).The difference was significantly in CRP levels and abnormal rate among different patients according to their conditions.CRP levels and abnormal rate were higher in the patients with severe clinical conditions.Conclusion CRP in significantly correlated with ACI,CRP is a useful marker to predict the prognosis of ACI.
