p27kip1、VEGF在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 研究细胞周期素依赖性激酶抑制蛋白p27^kipl、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法研究p27^kipl、VEGF在40例肝细胞肝癌手术切除标本及5例正常肝组织标本中的表达。结果 40例肝细胞癌中，p27^kipl。和VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为50％和72．5％，且随着肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的增高，p27蛋白阳性表达率呈下降趋势；而VEGF的阳性表达率则增高，两者呈负相关。结论 p27^kipl、VEGF在肝细胞肝癌中的表达与肿瘤的生物学行为及预后密切相关。

Expression of p27kip1 and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To study the expressions of p27 kip1,a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor,and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of p27 kip1 and VEGF were determined in 40 cases of HCC and 5 cases of normal hepatocellular tissue individual with immunohisto-chemistry method.Results For the 40 patients with HCC,the positive rates of p27 kip1 and VEGF were 50.0% and 72.5%, respectively,the expression of p27 kip1 decreased gradually with increasing of the grade,and the expression of VEGF appeared in a reverse way,their expression had a negative correlation between each other.Conclusion The expressions of p27 kip1 and VEGF are related with the biological behavior and prognosis of HCC closely.
