前列腺3D 1 H MRS检查中的护理

目的:探讨前列腺癌3D1H MRS时护理在检查过程中的重要价值。方法:经1.5T高场强超导磁共振成像仪和直肠内线圈前列腺3D1H磁共振波谱(MRS)检查,以及护理前列腺疾病患者50例,其中前列腺癌16例,前列腺增生34例。结果:所有病例均符合前列腺MRS检查适应征要求,无1例存在前列腺MRS检查禁忌症情况,50例均进行认真的检查前准备,50例中的48例患者直肠内线圈置入一次成功,2例患者经第2次放置成功,所有患者均良好的耐受性,均成功完成前列腺MRS检查。结论:MRS在诊断和鉴别诊断前列腺癌方面具有较高的诊断价值,严格掌握前列腺MRS检查适应征和禁忌症,认真做好检查前准备和护理工作,顺利而正确置入直肠内线圈,才能保证前列腺MRS检查的顺利完成。

Nursing care of patients with prostatic disease examined by 3D 1 H MR spectroscopy

Objective:To explore nursing care value on the patients with prostatic diseases examined with 3D ~1H MR spectroscopy(MRS).Methods:There were 16 cases with PC and 34 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) in 50 cases,who underwent the examination of 3D ~1H MRS with 1.5T high-field MR system and an endorectal coil.Results:All patients were up to the indication and contra-indication of the prostatic MRS examination and carefully prepared for the examination.The endorectal coil was successfully inserted into the rectum by one time in 48 of 50 patients and by second time in other 2 patients.All patients had excellent tolerance for the examination,which was smoothly finished in all 50 patients.Conclusion:MRS has very high value in the diagnosis and differentiation of prostatic diseases.Strict mastery of the indication and contra-indication,serious preparation and nursing care before the examination and correct placement of the endorectal coil are all indispensable conditions for successful MRS examination.
