| 摘 要： | 本文叙述２９例经手术病理证实的原发性后腹膜肿瘤的ＣＴ表现。指出ＣＴ能够清楚显示肿瘤的部位、大小、形态、范围、密度及与邻近结构等的关系，同时，ＣＴ对于后腹膜肿瘤的鉴别诊断，作者提出了诊断的要求，旨在提高原发性后腹膜肿瘤的定性诊断。

| Abstract: | This paper discribed the CT apearences of 29 cases of primary retroperitoneal tumorsproved by surgery and pathology.CT provided clinically useful information about the presence,size,extentand composition of the tumor and also their effects on adjacent structures.Meanwhile,for the differential di-agnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumor,authors suggest some main points of CT findings in order to makea correct diagnosis. |
