| 摘 要： | 目的观察健脾抗癌方配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将62例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为健脾抗癌方加化疗组（治疗组）和单纯化疗组（对照组）各31例,治疗2个月后观察两组临床疗效以及患者生活质量、3年生存率以及免疫、癌胚抗原（CEA）等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为32.3%、29.0%,组间疗效比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组患者生活质量、免疫指标均较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后无显著差异（P〉0.05）;两组癌胚抗原均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组生存率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论健脾抗癌方配合化疗对改善晚期大肠癌患者免疫功能、提高生活质量、延长生存期等方面有一定作用,并能减轻化疗不良反应。
