复方丹参滴丸对酶的影响

摘    要:目的:研究复方丹参滴丸对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后血清中五种酶的作用。方法:采用线栓法所致的大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定大鼠脑缺血再灌注前后血清中一氧化氮和丙二醛的含量以及血清超氧化物歧化酶,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和黄嘌呤氧化酶活力的变化。结果:与模型组比较,小剂量组有明显的降低一氧化氮和丙二醛含量的作用,中剂量组能明显升高超氧化物歧化酶含量,并能降低黄嘌呤氧化酶活力,大剂量组能升高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P〈0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸可以降低丙二醛及一氧化氮含量,升高超氧化物歧化酶含量;同时,升高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力并降低黄嘌呤氧化酶活力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Fufang Danshen Diwan on five enzymes with the surgical ligation of the middle cerebral artery.Methods The changes of content of NO and MDA,activity of SOD,GSH-PX and XOD in serum were studied by using the model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Results The levels of NO and MDA were reduced(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-PX and SOD were increased(P<0.05),whereas the activity of XOD was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of NO and MDA and the activity of XOD were reduced,but the activity of GSH-PX and SOD were increased.
