| 摘 要： | 目的 建立风湿关节炎片中当归、羌活的定性鉴别方法，为制定质量标准提供依据。方法 采用薄层色谱法。结果 风湿关节炎片色谱在与当归、羌活对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论 本文所述方法可作为检测风湿关节炎片中当归、羌活是否存在的质量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish methods of quality identification on Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii in Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets,and provide the evidences for the quality standards. Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for quality identification. Results The chromatogram of Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets showed the same tinctorial fluorescent spot corresponding to the location of the chromatogram of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii medical material. Conclusion The methods can be taken as the quality standards for the existence of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii in Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets. |
