护理干预对化疗后出现味觉改变的肺癌患者心理状态的影响

目的探讨护理干预对顺铂联合吉西他滨化疗后出现味觉改变的肺癌患者心理状态的影响。方法74例顺铂与吉西他滨联合化疗后出现味觉改变的肺癌患者进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）心理测试。实验组在对照组一般心理护理基础上，采用较全面的心理、药物干预，比较两组的SAS、SDS评分的变化。结果实验组患者的SAS、SDS评分均较干预前及对照组显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全面、细致地做好肺癌患者的心理、药物干预，可有效地降低化疗后致味觉改变对心理焦虑、抑郁状态的影响，对提高患者治疗依从性、提高治疗效果具有重要的临床意义。

The impact of nursing intervention on psychological state of lung cancer patients with altered taste after chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the cancer taste changes after cisplatin plus gemcitabine chemotherapy. Methods psychological state of patients with lung Seventy-four lung cancer patients with altered taste after cisplatin and gemcitabine combination chemotherapy were given the psychological tests of anxiety rating scale （SAS） and the self-rating depression scale （SDS）. General psychological care on the basis of the control group, the experimental group used more comprehensive psychological, drug intervention, and the two groups were compared SAS, SDS score changes. Results SAS, SDS score of the experimental group patients compared with interventions before and the control group was significantly lower, there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion By comprehensive, meticulous lung cancer patients with psychological and pharmacological interventions can effectively reduce the impact on the state of mental anxiety, depression after chemotherapy induced altered taste, improve patient compliance, and improve the therapeutic effect has imoortant clinical sianificance.
