2型糖尿病下肢血管病变超声检查与危险因素分析

目的探讨与分析2型糖尿病下肢血管病变超声检查与危险因素。方法选择2009年10月～2011年10月我院内分泌科收治的190例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，对其予以一般检查、实验室检查及彩色多普勒超声检查。结果190例患者中临床检查的检出率为29．5％，彩色多普勒超声检查的检出率为82．6％；后者的检出率明显优于前者，经比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。伴下肢血管病变组的年龄、病程、SBP、LDL～C、TG及TC与不伴下肢血管病变组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P均〈0．05或〈0．叭）。结论彩色多普勒超声检查相对于临床检查更能检出2型糖尿病下肢血管病变者，年龄、病程、SBP、LDL—C、TG及TC为2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的危险因素。

Type 2 diabetes with vascular lesions of lower extremities ultrasound examination and risk factor analysis

Objective To discuss and analyze type 2 diabetes with vascular lesions of lower extremities ultrasound examination and risk factors. Methods From October 2009 to 2011 October in Department of endocrinology in our hospital treated 190 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, the general examination,laboratory examination and color Doppler ultrasonography. Results All 190 patients with clinical examination in the detection rate of 29.5%, color Doppler ultrasound detection rate was 82.6%;the latter rate was significantly better than the former （P 〈 0.01 ）. With lower extremity arterial disease groups for age ,course, SBP,LDL-C ,TG and TC and not associated with vascular lesions of lower extremities were compared （P 〈 0.05 or 〈 0.01）,the difference was statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion Color Doppler uhrasonography and clinical examination to detect relative lower-extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetes, age, course of disease, SBP, LDL-C ,TG and TC in type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease risk factors.
