健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者生活质量的影响

目的评价健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者的生活质量的影响。方法选择2009年1月～2012年6月在我院治疗的骨质疏松性骨折患者116例为研究对象．随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规治疗及护理基础上给予相关知识的健康教育，对照组仅给予常规治疗和护理。观察两组健康行为及生活质量情况。结果观察组出院后3个月各量表评分结果均显著优于人院时，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组出院后3个月各量表评分结果比较，观察组显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。出院后3个月，两组生活方式比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。而且观察组得分显著低于对照组，说明生活质量优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论健康教育能够改善骨质疏松性骨折患者生活方式．从而提高生活质量。

Effect of health education on life quality of senile with osteoporotic fracture

Objective To discuss the efficacy of health education on life quality of senile with osteoporotic fracture. Methods All of 116 cases with osteoporotie fracture in Jan 2009-Jun 2012 were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group received health education based conventional care. Health behavior and life quality were compared between two groups. Results OKT, OHBS, OSES score of observation group after discharging 3 months from hospital were higher than entering hospital （P 〈 0.01 ）, and was better than control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Lifestyle of two groups showed significant difference after discharging 3 months from hospital （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Health e- ducation can improve lifestyle of senile with osteoporotic fracture, and improve life quality.
