摘    要:目的探讨在CT定位的帮助下进行微创穿刺引流对高血压脑出血的治疗效果和意义。方法回顾我院2007年1月~2011年12月106例高血压脑出血患者的临床治疗资料。结果106例患者,平均手术时间30min。4例患者术后再次出血死亡。其余患者未发生颅内感染及其它脏器感染等严重并发症。通过术后2—6个月的随访,生活能完全自理的患者有72例,基本能自理的有26例,其余4例患者需要他人照顾。结论采用CT定位微创穿刺引流术,具有损伤小、操作简便快捷、减压及时、临床治疗效果佳、并发症后遗症少、术后功能恢复好等优点.值得基层医院广泛应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and significance of minimally invasive puncture and drainage on treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the aid of CT positioning. Methods The clinical treatment data of 106 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dee 2011 were reviewed. Results For the 106 patients, the mean operation time was 30 minutes and 4 patients were dead for rebleeding after the surgery. The other patients did not present intraeranial infection, and other severe complications like organ infection. Through the 2 to 6 months follow-up visit, it was informed that 72 patients could fully live on themselves, 26 patients could basically take care of themselves, and the rest 4 patients needed the other' s care. Conclusion The minimally invasive puncture drainage with CT positioning is characteristic of good clinical therapeutic effects, less complications and sequelas, and good recovery of functions after surgery and ete, being worth spreading in grass roots hospitals.
