全程优质护理模式对结直肠癌患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探讨全程优质护理模式对结直肠癌患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法收集我院收治的60例结直肠癌患者．按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规专业护理措施：观察组在常规专业护理措施的基础上，实施全程优质护理模式。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）观察患者的心理状态，采用生活质量量表（SF-36）观察患者的生活质量。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分的改善情况优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。术后两周时，观察组患者生活质量各维度的评分均优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。观察组并发症发生率、引流管脱管率均低于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论全程优质护理模式能明显改善结直肠癌患者术后的焦虑抑郁情绪，改善患者的生活质量。并降低患者的并发症发生率及引流管脱管率。

Study of the entire process model of quality nursing care intervention in anxiety and depression after operation and the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To discuss of the entire process model of quality nursing care intervention in anxiety and depression after operation and the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods In 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each. The control group with routine nursing measures. The observation group with routine nursing measures, and the implementation of the whole quality of nursing mode. Using SAS and SDS study of the psychological status of the patients, used SF-36 to observe the quality of life of patients. Results The SAS, SDS score of observation group improved better than that of the control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two weeks after operation, the patients in the observation group every dimension of quality of life score were better than the control group, there were signifi- cant differences （P 〈 0.01）. The incidence of complications, the drainage tube decannulation rate of the observation group less than the control group, there were significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The entire process model of quality nursing care can significantly improve the colorectal cancer patients with postoperative anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life of patients ,and reducing the incidence of complications, the drainage tube decannulation rate.
