| 摘 要： | 目的注意头孢噻肟钠导致的严重不良反应。方法从1例死亡病例的用药过程进行分析。结果与结论头孢噻肟钠发生过敏性休克较为罕见，且病情发展迅速。提醒临床医务人员使用前要严格按规定进行皮试，对于有药物过敏史或过敏体质的患者应严密观察用药过程中的反应，以减少过敏性休克的发生。
