过期、延期与足月妊娠分娩结局的临床分析

目的：了解过期、延期及足月妊娠的难产率、难产原因、羊水、胎儿宫内窘迫及分娩结局情况。方法：对58例过期妊娠,86例延期妊娠及563例足月妊娠的临床资料进行分析。结果：过期、延期及足月妊娠在难产率、难产原因、羊水量、羊水性状、胎盘情况及新生儿窒息率等方面相比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：定期进行产前检查,适时终止过期、延期妊娠,可明显改善妊娠分娩结局。

The clinical analysis of prolonged pregnancy,delayed pregnancy and term pregnancy's delivery outcome

Objective：To understand the dystocia rate and the reason of dystocia in prolonged pregnancy,delayed pregnancy and term pregnancy,and get the knowledge of amniotic fluid,fetal distress and delivery outcome in these cases.Methods：Analyzed the clinical data of 58 cases with prolonged pregnancy,86 cases with delayed pregnancy and 563 cases with term pregnancy.Results：The dystocia rate,the reason of dystocia,amniotic fluid yield,the character of amniotic fluid,situation of placenta and neonatal asphyxia rate were significant different in prolonged pregnancy,delayed pregnancy and term pregnancy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Antenatal examination at regular intervals and end prolonged pregnancy and delayed pregnancy in time can improve the result of delivery outcome obviously.
