| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鼻内窥镜下射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：对60例慢性肥厚性鼻炎下鼻甲肥厚所致鼻塞患者经鼻内镜引导下射频消融手术治疗。结果：显效41例(68.33％)，有效15(25.0％)，无效4例(6.67％)。结论：鼻内窥镜下采用射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Radiofrequency syndrome on Chronic hypertriphic rhinitis under nasal endoscope.Methods:60 cases were treated by Radiofrequency syndrome technique under nasal endoscope.Results:41 patients(68.33%)had a excellent curative effect,15 patients(25.0%)achieved improvement,and 4 patients(6.67%)remained failure.Conclusion:Treatment of Chronic hypertriphic rhinitis by Radiofrequency syndrome technique under nasal endoscope is more effective. |
