| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)在结核性胸膜炎中的临床诊断价值。方法：采用速率法对56例结核性胸腔积液患者和50例恶性胸腔积液患者的胸水ADA进行检测，比较两组胸水ADA活性水平及阳性率。结果：结核性胸腔积液组ADA活性和阳性率明显高于恶性胸腔积液组，差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01)。结论：胸水ADA活性对结核性胸膜...
