| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃大部切除术治疗消化性溃疡的临床价值。方法：对1984年12月至2009年12月采取胃大部切除术治疗的93例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组93例消化性溃疡全部施行胃大部切除术，其中90例同时切除溃疡病灶，3例行溃疡旷置。术后6例发生切口感染，给予抗感染、换药、引流及对症治疗痊愈。1例发生十...
