| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效和优势。方法：43例实施腹腔镜治疗的异位妊娠患者为观察组，以同期行开腹手术的45例患者为对照，比较两组的手术情况。结栗：观察组术中出血量、术后使用镇痛剂情况、术后并发症、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院天数与对照组比较具有明显优势，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。随访发现，观察组有2例发生切口不适，明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，比开腹手术有明显的优势，但要注意掌握手术适应症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects and advantages of laparoscope for treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:43 cases ectopic pregnancy that were treated with laparoscope were taken as observation group,while 45 ectopic pregnancy patients that were treated with open surgery at the same period were taken as control group.Operation of the 2 groups was observed.Results:Compared with control group,the amount of bleeding during operation,analgesics using,complications after operation,passage of gas by anus time... |
