扫描电镜下观察铒钇铝石榴石激光备洞后的牙本质形态

摘    要:目的:应用不同参数的铒钇铝石榴石(erbium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet,Er:YAG)激光对离体恒牙和乳牙制备窝洞,然后在扫描电镜下观察牙本质表面的形态。方法:将新鲜拔除的、无龋的牙冠完整的乳牙(6颗)和恒牙(4颗)共10颗分为2组,对照组4颗,包括乳牙2颗和恒牙2颗;实验组6颗,根据使用不同的激光参数分为3组:第1组2颗恒牙,第2和3组各2颗乳牙。对照组牙齿应用传统车针备洞,实验组6颗牙齿以不同的Er:YAG激光参数进行备洞,制作标本在扫描电镜下观察窝洞表面形态、牙本质小管开口、熔融和裂隙等情况。结果:扫描电镜观察发现,经不同参数的激光备洞后,乳牙和恒牙窝洞内没有发现玷污层,牙本质小管清晰。第2组乳牙经频率10 Hz、脉冲能量300 mJ的激光备洞后未发现牙本质熔融和裂隙,而第3组乳牙用频率10 Hz、脉冲能量400 mJ的激光备洞后,可见牙本质熔融和裂隙等现象。结论:乳牙和恒牙应用激光备洞均可以去除玷污层,乳牙应用频率10 Hz、脉冲能量300 mJ 的激光备洞是安全有效的,过高功率可能会损伤牙本质。
