| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：152例急性脑梗死患者（起病6~72 h内）随机分成巴曲酶治疗组和常规治疗对照组,治疗前后进行血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）测定和神经功能缺损评分。结果：观察组经治疗后FIB水平下降非常显著（P〈0.01）,神经功能缺损评分降低显著（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗前后血纤维蛋白原、神经功能缺损评分无显著变化（P〉0.05）。结论：距起病6~72 h的巴曲酶早期使用仍可显著改善急性脑梗死临床症状。
