2008-2009年辛庄镇4951例已婚妇女病普查分析

目的：了解辛庄镇妇女常见病、多发病的病种及发病率,掌握当前妇女病的发病趋势及相关因素,为该镇妇女病的防治提供参考。方法：2008-2009年对辛庄镇20个行政村4 951例30~65岁已婚妇女进行妇女病普查,包括妇科检查、宫颈刮片、乳腺手诊。结果：辛庄镇应检妇女8 605人,实查妇女4 951人,检查率为57.54%;其中宫颈炎1 150例、患病率23.23%,阴道炎736例、患病率14.87%,子宫肌瘤276例,患病率5.57%,其他盆腔器官炎性疾病108例、患病率2.18%,卵巢良性肿瘤85例、患病率1.72%,外阴炎56例、患病率1.13%、外阴营养不良1例、患病率0.02%,乳腺增生530例、患病率10.70%,乳腺纤维瘤256例、患病率5.17%,宫颈癌1例、患病率0.02%,子宫内膜癌1例、患病率0.02%,乳腺癌2例、患病率0.04%;宫颈刮片病理检查结果中度炎症2 579例,重度炎症930例,细菌性阴道炎45例,ASC-US（非典型鳞状细胞-意义不明）10例,LSIL（低度病变-TBS）7例,HSIL（高度病变-TBS）4例。结论：本地区妇女保健意识较差,患病率较高,生殖道感染和乳腺疾病是影响妇女的首要问题,应加大对农村妇女的健康教育,提高其自我保健意识,宣传定期普查的重要性,采取综合措施,降低患病率,提高治愈率,促进妇女健康。
