| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中内脂素水平及其影响因素。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定急性脑梗死患者及无脑梗死患者血清中内脂素水平,并分析血清中内脂素与IL-6、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）等的关系。结果：急性脑梗死患者血清中内脂素水平高于无脑梗死对照组（P〈0.05）,相关分析显示脑梗死患者血清中内脂素与IL-6、甘油三酯（TG）、空腹血糖（FPG）呈正相关（r=0.435,P〈0.001;r=0.210,P=0.048;r=0.214,P=0.044）,与HDL-C呈负相关（r=-0.425,P〈0.001）,多元逐步线性回归显示IL-6、HDL-C分别是影响急性脑梗死患者血清中内脂素的独立相关因素。结论：急性脑梗死患者血清中内脂素水平升高,与IL-6及HDL-C关系密切。
