三通管在经尿道前列腺切除术中的应用与护理

目的: 观察三通管在经尿道前列腺切除术中的应用效果,并探讨护理体会。方法: 94例良性前列腺增生症患者按入院顺序随机分成2组,在经尿道前列腺切除术时,对照组48例膀胱造瘘后直接接膀胱造瘘管,观察组46例行膀胱造瘘后接三通管引流冲洗液。记录2组手术时间和术中引流管堵塞次数,计算出血量。结果: 观察组平均手术时间90 min,引流管堵塞1次,平均出血量46 ml;对照组平均手术时间110 min,造瘘管堵塞96次,平均出血量466 ml,2组差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论: 三通管在经尿道前列腺切除术中引流效果满意,易于推广。

Application of three-way pipe in transurethral resection of prostate and nursing care during operation
