| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫下段剖宫产术胎头娩出困难的因素及处理措施。方法：选择剖宫产发生胎头娩出困难120例作为观察组，同期剖宫产胎头顺利娩出980例作为对照组，就其相关因素及对母儿的影响进行比较。结果：胎头娩出困难以胎头麻醉效果不佳、腹壁或子宫切口相对过小及医源性等原因引起。观察组子宫切口撕裂、术中出血、新生儿窒息明显高于对照组...
